Terms of Service

ChatWynk is a customer relationship management platform that connects to a customer's own WhatsApp Business Account, provided via Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, to manage conversations, contacts, pipelines, broadcasts, and related automations. ChatWynk is a technology provider — we aren't a party to, and have no visibility or control over, the substance of conversations between a Customer and their Contacts beyond what's necessary to operate the Service.

You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business whose WhatsApp Business Account you connect. You're responsible for the accuracy of the WhatsApp Business Account you connect and for all activity under your account, including messages sent by your team members or automations you configure.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages in violation of WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy or Meta's Business Solution Terms.
• Send spam, phishing, or content that violates applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent WhatsApp's opt-in/opt-out or messaging window rules.
• Reverse-engineer or resell access to the Service without authorization.

Meta's own terms — including restrictions on using the WhatsApp Business Solution as a distribution channel for general-purpose AI assistants — apply to how you use any automation features in the Service, and you're responsible for your own compliance with them.

The Service depends on the availability, policies, and rate limits of Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, which we don't control. We aren't liable for service interruptions, message delivery failures, template rejections, or account restrictions caused by Meta.

Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your Customer and Contact data; we process it solely to provide the Service to you.
